Real eviction data from The Eviction Lab at Princeton University. Covers all US counties, 2000–2018. License: ODC-BY 1.0 (free to use with attribution).
This imports county-level filing statistics (filings per year per county). For individual case records with tenant/landlord names and addresses, request the full dataset from EvictionLab — then upload it via Import Records (EvictionLab column names are auto-mapped).
Fetches ~58k county-year records directly from S3. Takes ~10–20 seconds. Safe to re-run (upsert).

EvictionLab provides individual case records (tenant names, addresses, case numbers, judgments) via a data request — free for researchers. Once you have that CSV, use Import Records to upload it. The following EvictionLab column names are automatically recognized:
Send a one-time email to all active users encouraging them to submit tenant reports. Skips admins, suspended accounts, super admin, and users who previously unsubscribed.
